4. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you want a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged Items / Wrong Items

Contact us immediately with photos of the damage or wrong item.

If your item arrives damaged or wrong, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement free of charge.
